I saw an episode of  Giada at Home a couple of weekends ago and was inspired to make everything she made in her show.  I, of course, am no where near as talented as Giada, but when I find easy recipes that are easy to make, I sure do feel as talented as her!  This is one of those easy recipes, Homemade Cranberry Nut Granola.  Super easy and super good!
