I decided to make these cupcakes just because. And its January. And I think people need pick-me-ups in January. And what cupcake doesnt pick up one's spirit?

They have just the right amount of orange flavoring in the cupcake, and the cream cheese frosting (which I wont make again, as you can see doesnt have any form) only accentuates the orange for the perfect touch. They are delish.
